This "ultimate outdoor entertaining space" is the product of a request to design and install a space capable of seating 100 people or more while integrating the sound and feel of the Rocky Mountains. The clients request is satisfied by installing over 1,600 sq. ft. of patio space using weathered, multi sized pavers that add a rustic touch while providing a smooth surface. The focal point of this project is a self contained pond-less waterfall. The moving water provides sound that will ease the most stressed of minds. A built in 5-burner gas grill provides ample grilling space on one side of the patio while a grand cedar pergola provides partial shade on the other. The project is softened with a wide variety of foliage including flowering perennials, shrubs, and trees. The separate elements of this space are accented with low voltage lighting for the gatherings that continue into the evening hours.
