Job Summary and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day tasks of lawn and landscape maintenance crew including mowing and string trimming, power raking, spring and fall cleanups, aerating, etc.
- Maintain a positive and professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to adapt and perform other lawn care technician duties as needed
- Take direction from the crew foreman and perform assigned tasks.

Job Requirements
- Prior lawn care experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 80 pounds
- Ability to communicate with the crew foreman in a professional courteous manner
- Ability to take constructive criticism
- General knowledge of gardening tools and small engine equipment
- Willingness to work long hours to get the job done on time
